I have been putting up with scratched fenders & Mirror on my Q7 for 4 years!

I saw your ad in the latest local directory & decided to phone as I like to use local service providers where possible to support the community.

You visited the next day (On Time!) and reviewed and repaired not only the 3 scrapes, but also all of the carpark nicks & chips, bringing the bodywork back to great condition.

Reggie responded very promptly and professionally to my request to fix a damaged bumper. Two other Perth-based bumper fixers, earlier, declined my request (via a photo assessment) as they felt that the job may be too challenging ("mate, go buy a new bumper!"). After an initial technical assessment in the late morning, Reggie suggested a good restoration strategy (placing several hidden screws; re-adjusting the securing pins, etc), and started working on the repairs over lunch and the bumper was professionally restored by 2.30 pm! I was able to observe the entire bumper restoration process and Reggie is truly a creative, highly skilled, good-attention-to-details personality, and competent professional, and the plastic re-moulding techniques and colour matching abilities are highly commendable. Thanks to Reggie cost-effective and rapid on-site restoration, I was spared the financial agony of buying a new bumper (or affecting my future insurance premium), and grateful that the restored bumper looked as good as new!
