don't know what happened between the first time I took Saoirse here and the second but service quality has shot down in a matter of weeks. I brought Saoirse in on Wednesday and when I was brushing her ears yesterday I noticed they had not been cleaned - I then saw that her nails had not been cut. I called and was told to bring her in today - that it would have been an oversight. I've just brought her home and ears are not cleaned and I ended updoing it myself. Her face has not been trimmed. Am so disappointed - first time was such a good experience.

I had two of my dogs groomed here a few weeks ago - both came out looking absolutely IMMACULATE. I have a Toy Poodle who had the neatest little poodle clip she's ever had, and a 13 year old Poodle mix who is a bit of a grump. The staff seemed concerned to make sure that my older girl was ok, and both dogs came out happy.

The only thing was the price!! I have paid anything between $50 and $90ish per dog for a groom, and this was definitely among the most expensive grooms they have ever had. I stupidly didn't ask the price beforehand and died a bit inside when I handed over my card at the end.. I suppose you get what you pay for though, and the girls were really well looked after and the grooms were beautiful

I have been taking my doggie here for more than 2 years and am always happy with the final result. They take care of him, get him a bathe and do a fantastic job in grooming him to my taste each time. Well known local place to get your doggie cut.
