AMAZING People.. AMAZING !!!!!!!

We had a nightmare experience with a different boarding and training facility elsewhere in Sydney - a different business completely and not affiliated to Pet resorts very recently and on emergency extraction from the program / collection only 4 days into a 4 week contracted training agreement we found that our dog was treated cruely and aggressively, he came out a different dog and injured...we didn't know what to do, we were heartbroken and were so upset and hurt that Leon went through that - we needed a solution to help him straight away so we started researching and looking... then we found the Pet Resort Australia site - Terrigal.

Pet resort Terrigal are truly professionals and the best in the doggy day care business in our experience to date, they are very welcoming, empathetic and fantastic careers for all the visiting dogs on site all the staff love the animals and treat them as if they were there own babies. We have not looked back, we get updates freely daily from the resort staff, pictures, videos and emails and the training is done very well and not using aggressive techniques at all. The dogs get to socialize together for play time and everything else in between is positive .. they ( dogs) even have their own pool !!!. I believe we are truly blessed to have found The Pet resort and know that our pets will always go back and back for play dates, training and boarding .. thankyou all so much.. true pet nannies !!! - you have won us for life.. Leon Loves you all ! and says Fanx...
