Peter came out after hours and within 30 min of our call. He fixed the issue and explained what needed to be done and why. Very courteous and friendly to boot.

We had a problem with taps that were old and worn out. Callum came out to assess and advised me fully of options and suggestions for changing. Came back promptly the following week to install in a timely and clean manner. Fully explained the new taps and I was extremely satisfied with cost and service provided. We had a small issue a few weeks later with a fitting still leaking which was promptly dealt with by Lachlan and fixed immediately for no further cost. Communication with Peter was first class and calls were always returned immediately. I will use them for any future work and would happily recommend without hesitation.

They always come on time but if through circumstances they are delayed, they always phone to let you know. I had a job a few weeks ago and Callum came exactly on time, explained everything he had to do and how much it will cost. He was very courteous and considerate and cleaned up when he had finished. I had been dealing with another plumbing company, and after 3 separate changes, from the company, to my initial appointment, without advising me of these changes, I phoned Peter and let him know what I was facing. Called Peter on a Sunday, he was very helpful as he tried to help me over the phone by takings pics of my hot water system, but I had more sinister problems that needed expert assistance. We had a plumbing emergency Easter Saturday and the plumbing company we usually used wasn't doing any callouts. I tried a new plumber Peter Beard and he came out himself to help us out and we weren't even existing customers BUT from now on we will be! What great service and he spent time to fix the problems. I can't thank him enough for his time.

Peter and Callum were very professional, honest and helpful with their advice, provided very competitive quotes and did an excellent job. Arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problems and repaired the leaking external waste pipe from the kitchen sink. Callum did an excellent job with the repair, and also corrected the plumbing of the pool waste by making a proper gully trap. He cleaned up well, removing all rubbish and finished the work so that it was aesthetically pleasing. I also got Callum to replace the kitchen flickmixer tap and to replace strained/leaking flex hoses under the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Approx 1/2 day and $900 for external work, and $300 for internal work including all materials. They were recommended to me by my neighbour, and I would highly recommend them.

After one other plumber just stopped responding as it was deemed "too hard", and another one called me an idiot in their email response (I'll never do business with them now), I finally got on the phone to Peter Beard.

At very short notice Peter agreed to take a look at our requirement. We had a new fridge that required water before family arrived on the weekend. The job entailed having a new copper pipe from the nearest external cold water access to the back of the cupboard next to the fridge cabinet, and connecting up the fridge.

He worked out a plan and approximate costing and agreed to the job. Definitely not an easy job but within 24 hours of initial call his team were here and getting the job done.

Communicative and a problem solver, the job was done with expertise, looks amazing, works perfectly and any mess was cleaned up before leaving.
