Great removal team, Ari is the best!

The team at Peter Sadler were a pleasure to deal with and made the process of moving my one bedroom apartment from Southbank to Williamstown (with an additional drop off in Meltin) easy and hassle free right from the start of the process from booking to paying the deposit and even accommodating a last minute request on the day of the move.

My removalists on the day Boombi and Tama were outstanding - true professionals in the game! Great communication on the day, great conversation and even a few laughs in between - they made the experience really fun and hassle free. They handled my furniture with great care and respect!
I would definitely use them again and would recommend family and friends to use them too! 10 stars! ️

I had a minor issue with with one of my pieces of furniture, however Dyllon resolved it quick and easy. 5 stars for good old fashioned customer service.

We used Peter Sadler to move our furniture into taxi boxes (a last minute booking) and would not recommend them.

When we went to unpack the storage boxes it was clear that things had been packed in a way that would cause damage i.e. timber shelving had been slid along the gritty floor of the storage box with nothing to protect them. A metal rod was placed against our timber bed head in a position that was directly scraping/scratching against it etc. Unsurprisingly, there was significant damage to all the couch shelves, and our bed head. Photos attached.

When I contacted the company, I did not receive a reply for six weeks. After chasing them up I received a brief email telling me that damage to items packed into mobile storage containers would not be covered under any circumstances as per their terms and conditions. I have since tried to discuss this further by phone and email with no response for the past two months.

I would be very careful booking with this company, and if you are using mobile storage boxes I would strongly recommend not using them. The lack of response from the company or any sort of acknowledgement of fault is also upsetting, given the extent of the damage.

The team moving us was excellent. Took great care with everything they moved and did extra yards when there was a truck access issue. Thanks Dillon, Blake, Spencer and Mohamed

Boombi and Kade are some of there best the way they handle materials and deal with clients is above and beyond they are respectful and such a great team keep it up

Great service for the return of our furniture from storage. Renan & Thiago turned up on time & took great care with our furniture. Everything was covered with moving blankets and plastic wrap and placed into position on our newly finished floorboards. Couldn't be happier.
