Travelled 3 hours to look at a car found that there was a lack of info on the particular car sales person was nice and did what he could to help make the sale happen on the day but a few questions that I had were answered in a very sketchy manner return phone calls I had to keep chasing to get answers and very surprised that a used car that they serviced I was told had no recorded service history that they could give me tell me that once the car is sold the case is closed all I wanted was a bit of history on what may have been replaced or done at the last full service felt that lack of knowledge about a car they were selling
And no one knew if there was or was not a spare key to the car
I’m happy with the car I bought happy with the service that Connor gave me but other than that other used car salesperson knew literally nothing about the car very unusual that you car have a used car that was serviced internally and then has no history

Walked onto the used car section of Peter Stevens Motorworld while I was waiting for an MG Dealer to come speak with me. An hour later I left with a second hand car instead.
Salesman Ben Ross was attentive, listened to my list of odd requirements and only showed me what fitted into my needs.
Despite buying a second hand car, Ben and the team still made a special effort when I picked up my car 2 working days later. Big red bow on the bonnet and a lesson on the special features of the vehicle when I picked up the car. Happy customer - would highly recommend!
