I bought a Mazda 3 in Feb, was promised a key fob for the vehicle would be made but on pick up, l was given a standard key making access difficult as there is no boot access without unlocking the drivers door (the only door with key access).
I have since been quoted over $800 to get a proper key.
About a month after purchas, l was sent a Mazda Recall notice for a 2018 defect. During the inspection, l was informed all 4 brakes and rotors needed replacing (over $850).
There is also a very loud rattling sound in the rear area of the car that l have been trying to get diagnosed for months.
Today, l discovered a leak in the boot has caused water to pool in the spare tyre cavity.
Knowing l was a pensioner, l feel pretty disappointed by the things wrong with the car.
I have had it for 3 months and have done less than 5000 kms.

Approximate cost: $13000

sales department unprofessional, service department treat you like an idiot, technicians can't diagnose anything unless a computer tells them what to do, spare parts department can't give the correct parts even after showing them the car outside
current model.

Approximate cost: $35,000.

I was after a very specific car part that I was not able to find ANYWHERE else. After speaking with one guy from Peter Warren Ford yesterday I was able to secure the mirror cover I was after which I can pick up today and it's much cheaper than expected. He was extremely helpful and friendly. I wish I didn't waste my time with the other companies/wreckers.

Approximate cost: $60

Professional & efficient service when I took my motorhome in for a service. I was greeted outside and the booking process did'nt take long at all. My vehicle was retuned in about 3 hours and I was on my way knowing a good job had been done. I have previously purchased two brand new cars from Hyundai in this complex and Christine was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Approximate cost: $380
