Bought a dozen glasses at over $11 each, $134 total plus postage. When they arrived they did not match the picture on the website and had an ugly join line down either side. Sending them back but they are refusing to refund the $23.50 in postage costs. Their defence for the fault was that all of the glasses had the flaw!

I have only purchased from POK online and they certainly pack their items well. I love that they stock such a huge selection of giftware - it really is the one stop shop.

If you love shopping something nice, you should try Peters of Kensington. There are a variety of stuff. It is like a department store in a small space. Lots of things they've got are very fancy. So don't go there to buy something cheap! But if it's on sale, you will be lucky! Just so much fun to be there. Also there is a cafe upstairs. Very small space but fun to have lunch there too.

Love this place! So much stock and lots too see I could get lost for hours!! Adore the cafe there too for topping up my fiel tank for more shopping! Great online shop too

With all the wet weather we have been having in Sydney, I was on the lookout for a Birdcage umbrella, thankfully, Peters Of Kensington came to my rescue, I ordered a umbrella online and it came within 3 days.

Exactly what I was looking for. I love the Birdcages umbrella as it makes school pick and drop off much easier

An exceptional range of homewares. From dust collectors like clocks and figurines to amazing, high end crockery. When you get kitchenalia from here you pay a good price but it is worth it! It really is value for money. High quality brands that will last you a lifetime. Go there early during sales and holiday season.

Best household goods store. I throughly enjoy shopping in this store, there is always something new to look at and buy. They have the best range in anything for the home or gifts, I always prefer to check out Peters before other department stores. I like the newsletter they send daily with new products and offers. I have found the best presents for people here and the best prices. I rarely find a product better priced than the Peters price. Staff are on the ball and very helpful.

This an excellent place to buy onine. Saves me heaps of time hunting the shops and they have great bargains!

I subscribe to this store's daily emails and love to browse the extensive range of quality products at dramatically discounted prices. Any online purchases I've made have arrived within days, thoughtfully well packaged and the company keep you informed about the dispatch of your item via email also. I regularly recommend the website to others looking for brand name products at bargain prices!

Everything I buy from here (I usually purchase online) arrives quickly and unbroken, is cheaper than most places and never disappoints. I really love this place for presents. I have ordered things online elsewhere, under the impression the item is in stock, to be told it is unavailable or needs to be sourced elsewhere as a result of errors with the online ordering system. Never happens here so I trust this place for Christmas gifts and Birthday surprises that will arrive on time!

I ordered Sheridan towels online on the 1st August, they arrived on the 6th. They were exactly half the price of the major department stores and even with the postage I still saved over $100. Great service, well packed and extremely good value.

I have just found this online store and love it goods are so cheap and excellent quality, postage is wonderful ordered and got my items 2 days later.

I have gone to this place for over 5 yrs. I am always looking for something different for gifts. I would not say I go here for basic goods like electrical or sheets etc. I Love their kitchen stuff. Best out there in my opinion for things that last. I mainly do things on line and as I live in sydney the courier service is cheap and good. Usually about $7 to $10 depending on size and weight. I then head off for early christmas shops and a lovely morning tea on the first floor cafe. I find the place cramped but they have decided that this is the way it is going to stay. I take a lift up the floors because the old knees are not great. Brands are mainly European with some American input but always quality for a decent price. I have no qualms about service. They wrap your gifts for free if you wait in a line but don't do this at christmas unless you order and pay over the phone. I like this place for the different goods that do not come in the big dept stores and if they do then I compare prices

I ordered a backpack online which wasn't available in WA. The price was very low, although the postage was $25 (quite bulky). It arrived quickly, well packed.

Perters of Kensington website is amazing. They have the cheapest prices around. I have compared to other homewares shops around adelaide and no one comes close. Good quality brands at fantastic prices

I have bought from here for years. I like the fast courier service to my door and that is cheap for such. I also like to sit in and have a milkshake and a slice of the cake selection before I go pottering. I do not like this place in peak hour, just too cramped. I make comparison prices with say, DJ"S and find them nearly always a better deal. I like variety and quality for my gifts and while some foods are a bit expensive the other items in kitchen and dining ware and collectors pieces are very appealing. Great place to register for gifts for weddings. Wrapping service is good in the quieter moments

Great store, very good location for us who live in the Eastern Suburbs. An excellent selection of dinnerware, and lots lots more. Bought my mother I laws mums day present here, as they also have some cheap tat when you need it.

I have purchased products on line from this company a couple of times, they always have great service and are excellent value. One of the products broke in transit once and they paid for return postage and replaced it, no questions asked

I have been to Peter's of Kensington quite a few times. If I need a wedding/Christening/ Anniversary present, It is my place to go. They stock luxury items for the home and gourmet ingredients, home appliances and even watches. The store is a discount luxury store so you can find branded items at about 30 to 50% off. Great for sculptures and china and wedding gifts. Prices are still expensive but the quality is great. They even have a nice cafe in the ship so if you get tired or peckish you can have a bite to eat and a coffee or a cake.

I went to Peter's on a weekday morning to buy a present for my baby niece. There were definitely lots of variety in the store and I had checked out some products online beforehand. However the customer service was pretty bad - in one instance the staff were just talking amongst themselves and in another instance when I needed assistance for a product that was behind the counter, the staff member was very aloof. The checkout counter was also a bit confusing. Perhaps in future I will try their online store to bypass the poor customer service.
