Great store, very good location for us who live in the Eastern Suburbs. An excellent selection of dinnerware, and lots lots more. Bought my mother I laws mums day present here, as they also have some cheap tat when you need it.

I have purchased products on line from this company a couple of times, they always have great service and are excellent value. One of the products broke in transit once and they paid for return postage and replaced it, no questions asked

I have been to Peter's of Kensington quite a few times. If I need a wedding/Christening/ Anniversary present, It is my place to go. They stock luxury items for the home and gourmet ingredients, home appliances and even watches. The store is a discount luxury store so you can find branded items at about 30 to 50% off. Great for sculptures and china and wedding gifts. Prices are still expensive but the quality is great. They even have a nice cafe in the ship so if you get tired or peckish you can have a bite to eat and a coffee or a cake.

I went to Peter's on a weekday morning to buy a present for my baby niece. There were definitely lots of variety in the store and I had checked out some products online beforehand. However the customer service was pretty bad - in one instance the staff were just talking amongst themselves and in another instance when I needed assistance for a product that was behind the counter, the staff member was very aloof. The checkout counter was also a bit confusing. Perhaps in future I will try their online store to bypass the poor customer service.
