Smooth service via online website. Great value for money though postage has become very very expensive tp Perth. Excellent range and great prices. Always check this website before purchasing anywhere else but remember to add in postage.

This department store type shop is supposed to be the bargain basement of quality shopping in sydney (homewares). Its pretty impressive - they have comprehensive ranges of all the lead homewares brands form the majors at much lower prices. I went here on a trip fm Lelbourne and bought tonnes of 'nanna' gifts to bring back. Great for buying gifts or for getting reasonably priced kitchenware etc. I'll be going back next time I'm in town. Service was a bit lacking - floor staff are hard to find and a bit aloof. Have a coffee shop which has decent but pretty over priced food. Compared to Victoria's Basement its a much more pleasant shopping experience though (less like a bargain bin).

I've bought a number of gifts for people from this great value department store. They have good quality brands at discount price, and best of all you can order and have the gifts delivered straight to the person you're giving them to. Great for interstate family. The website has pictures and descriptions of many of their products. All in all, a great store.

I bought a wedding gift for my brother and sister in law. The crystal bowl was a couple of hundred dollars cheaper than if I had bought it from a department store. They sell name brands and have very good discounts.

This is an old world, independent Department store. Very good prices on a whole range of Homewares, Manchester, Cosmetics, Jewellery, cookware etc etc. If you get the chance to get to this store you will be amazed....a great experience and I go there whenever I visit Sydney. They also have a great coffe lounge
