I am sorry but I could not recommend this place for washing unless after 1 and 1/2 hours you want a wet, traumatised dog. The place is chaotic and obviously not set up to wash large dogs. They said he was scared and kept jumping out of the bath. Unprofessional. If they can't wash large dogs and don't have the correct equipment then I should have been told before they accepted my $50. My dog was obviously agitated on collection and it has taken an hour for him to settle down and for me to dry him.

The business owner is lovely. She will listen to what you want and will give you feedback as to what can be done for your dog.

They are attentive in that they will keep the elderly and arthritic dogs apart from the other active playful dogs.

Parking is easy and there is a park across from the shop so I can take my pooch over for a bit of play before and after his grooming session. Hopefully this will make his grooming experience more positive !!
