Pets Domain

I was charged $97.00 at the Evanston shop for 3 Tablets. I would not recommend them as they charge like wounded Bulls. Average price online is half that. Beware Pets domain Franchise!!!!

First and last time I ever shop here. Bought $100 worth of stuff and my dogs didn't like 2 of the toys. Tried to take them back and get something else (even for 1/2 the price I had paid. But apparently there is a "policy" (that I couldn't find instore) whereas you cannot return them because they "have marks". How are we supposed to see if the dogs like them or not? Mine never played with them and the "marks" were only because they had been on grass for them to sniff them!!! No worries! Have sent them to a rescue organisation.

I used to purchase a majority of my dog & cat supplies from here but unfortunately the customer service the last few times I went to the store the service was not good, especially the last visit where the staff considered it ok for one of their partners (who was NOT disabled) to park in the disabled park

Staff are rude & inconsiderate......will NOT shop there again
Staff believe it is ok for one of their partners to park in the disabled park to eat & deliver lunches (no disabled permit). No apology was given
