Wonderful care of my beautiful Venice

PetsRIP were very supportive during our sad time. The staff we dealt with showed the deepest compassion and respect,

Unfortunately I cannot say the same as all the others, having used Pets RIP once before, and thought would use again.

I had my order lost and no recollection of my order being placed, I have had issues that were made from nothing, i have had the information for the plaques just typed as they wanted, not as I had written and requested, told 2 weeks after submitting information that plaques would be too big, yet wasn't to be the case.

Told frames were already pre cut, which they are not, as well as the framing of certificates just sticky taped to the back of the of the backer board and not between matboard and backer board.

As well as no apology and posted out replacement plaques instead of delivering in person.

It has been 3 months and I'm still dealing with them to get it correct.

I cannot say that I will recommend them after this experience.

The most professional part has been Ian from Ipswich office, and that was the day that he took my boy away.

PetsRIP were absolutely fantastic when we had to say goodbye to our 12 year old boy Hemi .
They were understanding of our needs and patient with our time frame .

I have dealt with Petsrip three times now and cannot fault their service. Beric, Sue and staff are very compassionate and supportive when you need it most. They looked after my boy Boofy and I would recommend them to anyone who wants their beloved pets treated with the respect they deserve as they leave us.

I was really impressed to find in my care pack for Simba a beautiful gold paw print and a nicely packaged tuft of his fur. It is a wonderful memory. The staff were very considerate and caring.

From the moment I had contact with Pets Rip Toowoomba they were so understanding I was a mess I’d just lost my precious boy and was devastated. Tracey spoke to me and assured me they would look after my boy
Each step of the process was hard for me but so much empathy was shown I honestly could not have asked for anything better for my boy made me feel a lot of comfort in such a hard time

Highly Recommend.. Hardest thing you do in your life is lose your pet, these guys do an amazing job with the support they give you and the end product is amazing.. Mia will never be forgotten and I get to keep her forever. Forever Grateful for this service thank you a million
