A good pet shop with a huge range of products. They stock everything basically! Great products and excellent quality. I have also found that each section has it`s own specialist that seems to know their products well and I like the fact that they know what they are talking about. I have found that some of the other larger pet store chains are a bit more concerned about making money, rather than making sense! It is a large store and can do with more customer service workers, but I have found that it is adequate still. Although it is definitely a bit over priced on a lot of products, they will price match with other stores on similar products. (They do however have a large number of staff at the front counter working at different times and it can make you feel a bit awkward having to ask them to do a price match every time you go in there.) Sometimes I can not get a park out the front of the store also.

My kids love visiting this pet shop! It's a huge store with. Very good range of aquarium products. We have quite a few pets and it's a one stop shop for most of their needs. The staff often have various reptiles sitting on their shoulders and are very patient with letting the kids handle them and pat them. Thy have a customer card and frequent excellent specials.

I have a number of different pets at home and have attended this store on numerous occasions to buy food and other items. the staff are very friendly and knowlegable, they seem to employ a young team of people who seem to have alot of energy. if you buy in bulk it certainly helps with the cost. From past experience their products are a bit expensive and their are other pet stock areas that are probably cheaper.

Love Petstock! I refuse to go to stores that sell animals, so this fits the bill for me. I still find it a little expensive, but I appreciate how much they do for local charities.

They have a Massive range, good prices, very happy with Service. I will definatel Recommend shop to family and friends. iw as only passing by and had to ger food for my pets and when I went in , wow i was surprised. Walked out with a lot more than I needed as usual.

Good range of great quality products for animals of all different kinds. Really helpful staff, although can be a bit pricey.

I buy my dogs petfood from there. They are very helpful, but they dont bombard you. You can go crazy in there when you first get a puppy. We took our dog there to get the best fitting collar.

The range of products sold in this store is simply phenomenal! Covering all manner of pets, they aren't a 'pet shop' as they don't sell the animals like many - which makes them a real hit with the Animal Welfare League and RSPCA. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the fact my pooch can come into his all time fave store is certainly worth mentioning. Only thing is they can be a little expensive - so do your research and find out just what your products are worth!

Whenever i need something for my pet i always go down to Petstock, they really do have everything and when i got my puppy they gave me some great advise.
