Staff are extremely helpful and they always have some specials or deals going there so you can save some money. I have show dogs and always buy top quality and to save $50 on occasion is great! The staff are always smiling and giving me a big hello when I visit with my dogs.

In recent times Petstock has become more expensive and not as good as it once was. Where I used to be able to buy the pet food required, I have started to find that the pet food I buy is not always there or that they run out pretty quickly.

Ive been a Petstock customer at a different store for years. So i know the prices. I found Pakenham expensive and to be honest the to staff lacked knowlegdge. I walked in wanting to buy numerous items of high dollar value and i wanted to negoatitate of course. The 2 young girls wouldnt budge. Fish had no gravel, planets were dead. Store was uninviting.

Been there quite a few times, good range of stuff but it is a bit pricey. Specials are good though. Every time we go the service is different, it's been excellent and then just plain rude. Be careful if you hydrobath your dog there because staff walk through the room without warning and you dog could run out the front door!

This place is fairly new to Pakenham and I have to say we no longer shop anywhere else for our pet supplies. They have a fantastic range at good prices. The staff are friendly, helpful and informative.
