This is an awesome dealership, with great cust service. my wife left her car with them for service & its is great and on time and not too expensive as anybody would think.

I had my regular car service here but they seem to have deteriorated in their service perhaps from a decrease in staff numbers. In order to book my car in for service, it took me 4 phone calls. The first no-one answered but I left a voice message as requested. No-one returned that call. I rang again a couple of days later, no-one answered. I rang again and explained to the switch that no-one was answering the number I was being put through to and no-one had returned my call. She tried several times ringing the number and told me she could get no-one and eventually said she would get them to ring me back withing half an hour. When I hadn't heard 2 hours later, I rang again. Miracles of miracles - someone answered the phone and I booked my car in. I had it serviced last Fri. They normally provide the service of dropping me to the station and picking me up again at the end of the day. When I rang to be picked up, they told me they couldn't because they didn't have the staff.
