They answered the phone in a good time frame and the person who took the call was polite and friendly, but they could not answer my question so they then put me through to someone who was very helpful.
The staff took the time to take us through a huge range of different frames, backings, glass and colours. The staff are courteous and love to help with any shape, size or colour photo, cross-stitch, artwork, etc that you want framed. Thankyou Picture Framing Austalia! :)
