DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SUPPLIER. Orders will not be received nor will you get a refund. Lots of lies and excuses but all you get is disappointment. Numerous complaints and emails have been exchanged with me being out of pocket.

I placed an order on 26 June 2019, first 3 months I was told my order is in queue then in November I was informed their printer is not working that's why my order is being delayed. In January 2020 I recieved some of my order items (in dispatch invoice they mentioned wrong items which were not even sent) and on contacting they said they will refund for rest of items. Around seven months mental & emotional torture my son's birthday plans totally ruined. Worst experience ever, after 7 months u get few things and still they are selling those things on their website..., HOW!!! It's a scam too. Please don't buy if you want a secure and guaranteed shopping experience.....

If anyone plans to buy party supplies DO NOT buy from Pink Frosting! I paid for an order, it never arrived, I requested a refund, 6 months later my refund has still not been received despite numerous requests... worst customer service!

Never never deal with this company. So unprofessional and left my order too 2 days before the event and I still had not received the goods. I wrote a bad review about there customer service manners and then they decided to cancel my order, 2 days before the event. I went to the base warehouse and they had it all there anyway. Don’t use this company

This company should be SHUT DOWN! Firstly, my order arrived a month too late (I ordered 8 weeks before my event!), my calls and emails were left unanswered, when I finally did receive a call, I was given different excuses as to why my order didn't arrive on time without apology or even a hint of empathy in their voice. Then it finally arrives (sadly it is now useless) and it wasn't even assembled. Again, something that isn't mentioned on the product page. The customer service was non existent and appalling. I have experience better service in a third world country. Don't waste your time or money. I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. It's incredibly disappointing. Thankfully I work for Channel 9 and will be getting this story (and all the other customer reviews) out there for others to see!

Don't respond to customer queries, don't ship in the timeframes on their website and use incompetent courier. After all that I also only received half my order. Based on other reviews I have read I'm going to have fun trying to get my refund.

Horrible experience ordered over 2 months ago requested full refund as celebration had come and gone - told refund would be processed weeks ago still nothing- I've never written a bad review about a small business before but after reading all the reviews and similar experience should make you think twice about using this company

After ordering two months in advance of a function, I still don't have all the items I ordered. I had to follow them up to get anything at all, then we have had items missing, incorrect items sent, items listed as sent but not included. No one ever contacts you, you have to follow them up constantly. I should have learnt the first time I used them and this happened, to have the same experience again shows their lack of customer service. They even tried to charge me additional postage costs for items they forgot to include. I will never use them again.
