DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SUPPLIER. Orders will not be received nor will you get a refund. Lots of lies and excuses but all you get is disappointment. Numerous complaints and emails have been exchanged with me being out of pocket.

I placed an order on 26 June 2019, first 3 months I was told my order is in queue then in November I was informed their printer is not working that's why my order is being delayed. In January 2020 I recieved some of my order items (in dispatch invoice they mentioned wrong items which were not even sent) and on contacting they said they will refund for rest of items. Around seven months mental & emotional torture my son's birthday plans totally ruined. Worst experience ever, after 7 months u get few things and still they are selling those things on their website..., HOW!!! It's a scam too. Please don't buy if you want a secure and guaranteed shopping experience.....

Never never deal with this company. So unprofessional and left my order too 2 days before the event and I still had not received the goods. I wrote a bad review about there customer service manners and then they decided to cancel my order, 2 days before the event. I went to the base warehouse and they had it all there anyway. Don’t use this company

This company should be SHUT DOWN! Firstly, my order arrived a month too late (I ordered 8 weeks before my event!), my calls and emails were left unanswered, when I finally did receive a call, I was given different excuses as to why my order didn't arrive on time without apology or even a hint of empathy in their voice. Then it finally arrives (sadly it is now useless) and it wasn't even assembled. Again, something that isn't mentioned on the product page. The customer service was non existent and appalling. I have experience better service in a third world country. Don't waste your time or money. I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. It's incredibly disappointing. Thankfully I work for Channel 9 and will be getting this story (and all the other customer reviews) out there for others to see!

Don't respond to customer queries, don't ship in the timeframes on their website and use incompetent courier. After all that I also only received half my order. Based on other reviews I have read I'm going to have fun trying to get my refund.

Horrible experience ordered over 2 months ago requested full refund as celebration had come and gone - told refund would be processed weeks ago still nothing- I've never written a bad review about a small business before but after reading all the reviews and similar experience should make you think twice about using this company

After ordering two months in advance of a function, I still don't have all the items I ordered. I had to follow them up to get anything at all, then we have had items missing, incorrect items sent, items listed as sent but not included. No one ever contacts you, you have to follow them up constantly. I should have learnt the first time I used them and this happened, to have the same experience again shows their lack of customer service. They even tried to charge me additional postage costs for items they forgot to include. I will never use them again.

I couldn't be happier. Super fast postage (16 days including weekends). None faulty, despite ordering 80. Exactly as shown in picture. Recieved confirmation email and email with tracking number given so knew when to expect arrival. will definitely order from in the future.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! DISHONEST AND MISLEADING

We ordered from them only because they had the jars we wanted for our wedding and had them listed as "in stock" - when we did not receive them I chased them and was told, "they do not have them in stock" - ONE WEEK prior to my wedding. I was then asked why nobody bothered to contact me and was told it was simply because I got in first.

They then offered me alternate jars effectively leaving me with no option - if they had been HONEST in the first place we would have at least had the option of trying to find an alternative.

When I complained, I was brushed aside. Such a shame.

Avoid at all costs. After paying didn't receive my goods for months and then only part of the order. When I finally got hold of someone they said they were out of stock with no idea when more would come. Asked for refund then spent months chasing it up. Was almost impossible to get someone on phone, chat or email.

Brought 3 sets of 12 cupcake wrappers for an event. Was emailed a week after the order was confirmed regarding the product unavailable and recommended a cheaper design as a replacement. An email was sent requesting instead a refund of my purchase with no response so rang the company. After being on hold for 20 minutes I was informed the refund would happen with a confirmation email being sent. Rang back 3 days later after no word and was informed that that wasn't the procedure and it will take the accounts team 14 working days to refund the money and they will send a confirmation email. This is an unacceptable time frame as it is your responsibility as a company to ensure your inventory is up to date, and to provide a suitable solution. I now have to go to another company for this purchase, and I should not be financially disadvantaged for your inability to efficiently action a refund that was entirely your own fault. As a result, I suggest you provide a refund for the product you were unable to provide before I provide a complaint to the ACCC about the inadequate business procedures in place.

Be warned when ordering from this website that they are very happy to take your money but are seemingly unable to deliver the product on time even if you give them over a month in which to do so! Second time stung for a very specific function (sons Graduation) I ordered a banner and other decorations , tracking from TNT said it was ready to go on the 14th of May, but actually arrived on 21st, the day AFTER the party. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. TNT state that they pick up from Pink Frosting daily and the consignment was NOT ready to go when stated.

Ordered 60 LED Candles with Flicker Tip (25 cm) for my upcoming Halloween Party. Pink Frosting only delivered 38 because they where out of Stock. No problem, but there was no call or email telling me that they can't deliver the whole order. I called the Customer Service and asked why they didn't call me or sent me an email. That would have given me more time to find the candles somewhere else. The Lady from the Customer Service was very Frosty...From a good online store I would expect that they care about there customer. I set a date where I needed 60 Candles. They sent only 38 with no message. Now I have no time left to source the rest.

Today they had a 25% off sale on wedding supplies so I bought my centrepieces from them. I bought the paper/cardboard (self assembly required) heart with 2 birds on them. It looks pretty but also not that expensive, at about $7 per centrepiece without shipping.

Unfortunately the shipping is $14.95, which is quite steep in my opinion. I wish they had free shipping for orders over a certain amount. However, still quite good value if you're buying a lot from them.

Received my personalised invitations just before we left on our Christmas holidays and they were better than I could ever have expected - amazingly great - so unexpected.

I love this online website, I have used their online service and ordered quite a few things from them at different times and found them to have great range of items I haven't been able to find elsewhere, they also sent my items out quickly.
Everything I have ordered have been just as what I saw on their website, never once been disappointed.

As a cake decorator when i struggle to get what i need from local supplier, I always know I can get online to Pink Frosting and get what I need. They have a fantastic range of everything!I think sometimes i might get carried away looking at all the things i want instead of what i need :)
They have great prices and anything i have ordered has arrived in a few days which is very important to me and my business i run.
I highy reccomend them to anyone needing cake decorating supplies or just items for a celebration they may have coming up!

A really great website with a wide range of things for birthdays, weddings, ect.
The prices are really good as well so that's a bonus.
So many nice things, its hard to decide what to get.

A couple of weeks out from my son's first birthday, I used Pink Frosting because of its range of products and the promise of 20% discount on my purchase. Their site was easy to use. I selected the items and when I paid I also had to enter the date of my event, which gave me confidence I would receive the goods in time. Oh, how wrong I was.

Five days out my goods hadn't arrived and I contacted the site and spoke to the call centre. They couldn't work out what had happened to my order but were confident it would still arrive. The day before the party my items still hadn't arrived, it looked like they had been delivered to someone else in Queensland and I had called the site every day for help with no-one ever calling back!

The following week after the party I rang again to demand a refund (which wouldn't have even covered the time and stress of racing around Melbourne the day before the party to find the same products to replace what didn't arrive) and was assured that it was in progress. Another week went by, I rang again and was told that in line with their Ts&Cs the refund would take three weeks. Six weeks later I am still waiting for my refund. I call on a weekly basis to find out what is happening and no-one from that company ever knows what is going on or ever calls me back. It would have to be one of the worst service websites in Australia. Please save yourself the time, stress and heartache by not spending any money with this company. It borders on fraud.

I ordered our wedding chocolates from Pink Frosting and to be honest I was very disappointed with the service. When I ordered the chocolates the availability was "Available" what I didn't know was there was an expected 4 week wait on delivery. I made my order very early as they happened to have 20% off at the time, it would seem though that they have these sales very frequently so there wasn't any need to rush. I was bombarded with "special deal" newsletters constantly but couldn't get a reply to where are my chocolates. Nor any explanation as to why the wait.

After about 3 weeks I received my order it came by courier, I was home at the time and there was no knock at the door and I found my chocolates laying on the door step. Thankfully it wasn't a hot day and my chocolates had not melted. They were not packed just thrown in the courier supplied bag, no padding and no insulation to prevent them melting which was very disappointing.

The chocolates were of a very high quality, they didn't taste like cheap over sugared chocolate which was nice. Though I have seen the same products else where at comparable prices, without the delay.

Quality is good, Service is terrible, Value is average, Overall - Do your research, beware their sales happen weekly and check the availability because while it might be available it might also take 4-6 weeks or longer before you receive your order.

I came across this website by accident and fell in love with it straight away. Their web site is fantastic and really user friendly. The range and quality of their products is amazing.
