just did my first tour to Wave Rock. way overpriced, The hotel pickup location was wrong and the bus late (couldnt be helped due to an accident out of town) but the lovely friendly driver did his best to make up time. the bus was a comfortable ride but the voice over had terrible static so it was impossible to hear the interesting facts that the driver was telling us. might make sense to give the drivers a handsfree headset speaker so they can keep both hands on the wheel and not be distracted. probably didnt need to stop for the afternoon tea, would suggest that billy tea and damper at the aboriginal painted cave would be a better outback experience especially for our foreign visitors. looking forward to a few more pinnacle adventures.

This travel agency is excellent and not bias because they aren't part of a big chain. If you go there see a gentleman called Stuart, he is excellent and will arrange anything you want. He booked our trip & it was hassle free. I would definitely go back to him to book my next holiday. Normally pretty quiet as well so you don't have to sit around waiting ages to see someone.

Another great day out with Pinnacle, down south to see the Busselton Jetty, Margaret River and Mammoth Cave. What a pity there were some selfish and rude travellers on board who wouldnt shut up when the driver Gordon was telling us about each region as we toured. These ignorant tourists didnt listen to instructions, were late back to the bus at every stop and forced the rest of us to miss out on a few of the included stops. Very disappointing. Thank goodness there is a MR chocolate shop in the city, now where do I find the famous fudge.
