Sebatian and his team are hard working, reachable and did a great job. The team was on the job all day over a few days until the job got done which was great. The team is professional and produce a high quality of work. And yes i have a few minor cracks but given the slope of my block i would say this is not abnormal and would have more to do with the consistency of the concrete from Boral and Adelaide Brighton Cement and nothing to do with the Concreter.

Do not trust this business. Sebastian is a dishonest salesmen type who uses sales techniques much like a used car salesman. His crew of concreters did not complete my job as we explicitly discussed and once it was completed there was variations to the original quote which sounds like common practice for this individual. Find a more reputable business.

I paid for a premium service and product but didn't get it. My very expensive driveway has many cracks in it which started appearing within weeks.

To be fair, there were parts of the job that were done quite well, which included stormwater (done ok), a small section of retaining wall and concrete paths around the house, but the driveway was clearly rushed. The issue I have with Platinum Concrete is the zero support after the job was done, and the broken promises.

From the beginning I tried to get some stormwater grates dropped off which were missing and some concrete paint removed from some bricks. They always promise to come around next week but it took months for them to take the 5 minutes of their time it required to follow up. At that time they agreed they would repair the cracks in my brand new drive way and repaint it later in the year.

It is now 1.5 years later and I have tried for months to get them to honour their word. Many text messages, phone calls and emails go unanswered.

I found them to be dishonest and their word is not to be trusted. You will not get anything in writing and their quotes contain no detail. If you are reading this because you are trying to make sure you go with a reputable business who do quality work and back their workmanship, then don't go with Platinum Concrete. You have been warned.

Seb was reliable, efficient, very friendly, helpful and honest guys. I'd be happy to recommend them & still deal with them for additional work.
