Filthy. Its the dirtist play cafe i have been to. The smaller kids play area was full of dirt and dust on the play equipment.
The tables werent cleaned after someone sat there. The whole place needs a good clean and make over. New carpet, very stained, dirty warn out i couldnt bare the thought of my child crawling on it. Needs to be repainted. Its obvious therr has been no maintence since it has opened. Ill never go back

Approximate cost: $6

One of the better indoor play centers I have been to, I really liked how the indoor play area is divided into areas for older and younger children, giving them both areas to play safely and freely.

There is a cafe that sells some nice "healthier choice" menu items for children and adults alike, the food was quite nice and served quite quickly considering the people there.

We were very happy with our experience all round, form the clean well maintained play equipment, to the food, the pricing, plus the staff themselves were quite nice and friendly which helped set the atmosphere.

A fun time for kids and a nice place to sit and have a coffee for the adults.

My mother's group met up here on a Tuesday morning recently. The venue was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and we were greeted warmly upon arrival at the centre.

It was lovely to be able to supervise the children whilst catching up with the other mum's and enjoying a coffee and a piece of cake.

My daughter loved the jumping castle and the ball pit.

I am considering Play and fun as a potential for my daughter's fourth birthday party early next year.

Thank you for your comments, they are greatly appreciated! We try to maintain our equipment to the best standard possible and our staff know that, and it is not uncommon to see them up in the structures cleaning and disinfecting them, we also clean our balls with disinfectant and bleach on a regular basis, we have done our research and the ball cleaners simply dont do the job good old bleach does! I know our equipment is the oldest in Adelaide, but given the care its given, we can proudly say we are the cleanest play cafe around! Thanks again

Great experience - quality, approachable & friendly staff, maintained equipment. Nice welcoming atmosphere. Only thing not happy with, was I found entry price to be quite high for a young child.

Thanks for your feedback! We appreciate the honesty of our patrons and whilst some people infer our costs of entry are quite expensive, given comparisons with other play centres we are still extremely cheap and more than competitive. At the most expensive price we are still on average $2 cheaper than Wiggly Worms, and for play as long as you like we think that is pretty good! We like patrons to compare our prices with the larger play centres around Adelaide! Hence why we were made finalists in the Small Business Awards - for Casual Dining in 2010 (we are pretty sure no other play cafes had this honor!)

I hadn't been to play n fun for quite a few years, a friend invited to me to attend the Monthly Disco with her and it was the best night out I have had out with my kids! Not only was the DJ so involved with the kids but the Staff interacted with the kids and danced with them at the end of the night! And they themed it so we took our kids in the pj's and straight home to bed! Brilliant night, we have been back every week since as a group with my mothers group and we have a lovely time. The new owners have made an impact on Play n Fun and its so affordable if you go before 11am $5 entry no matter how old ..** dont get that many place **. Well done new owners u deserve a pat on the back!!

Approximate cost: $5 per child

Thank you for the lovely review, we havent had one on the Discos yet...glad you enjoy them...Tell your friends, LAST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH $13 INCLUDES A MEAL AND ENTRY & THE BONUS OF ENTERTAINMENT FROM 5.30-8.00 BY A GREAT DJ! Our staff love to get up and dance the Macarena with the kids, sometimes play cafes are busy making food and looking after parents its easy to forget that Play Cafes are for the Kids! Glad to see you approve. We have owned it now for 3 1/2 yrs! And have just made the semi-finals of Small Business Award! We are in the top 6 Cafes for Adelaides South - a huge honor and a great winner for the Southern Suburb all round..! Thanks again

The indoor play equipment is divided into two areas for older and smaller children. They are each a reasonable size providing good entertainment for both age groups. There is a cafe there which can be quite costly if you're purchasing food and drinks there. It used to be quite cheap for admission but prices have jumped considerably recently up to about $7.50 a child now. A not too expensive afternoon for the children though.

Thanks for your comments....we have a weekday special Monday - Friday for your future reference..if you come into Play N Fun before 11am there is only an entry of $5 per child no matter what the age of the child, but does not apply to school holidays of course, due to safety of patron numbers. We also offer a Thursday & Friday special for after school hours with entry at $4.50. This has to be the cheapest entry offers in Adelaide, so long as you make sure you plan your trip! Entry other times & Weekend & School Holidays entry 1-4yr $7, 5+ yrs $8.20.

Very friendly service, range of activities for many ages groups. We've come here often with our kids (2 and 4 years old) and they love it. Our favourite play cafe in Adelaide.

Lovely place to let the kids run of some steam but service can be slow occasionally. One of the better play cafes I have been to, so overall a nice place to go.

Thank you for the positive feedback, particularly in relation to the slow service that you have experienced. Please feel to ring either Julie or myself to discuss anything like this at anytime so we can work out what caused the issue. Regards, Peter

Good food, clean equipment, safe play areas much better than other indoor play cafes I've been to.
Great place to meet up with other mums and wear the kids out!
Birthday parties are the best here.
