I changed gyms because I moved and the commute was getting a bit hard. I was hesitant at first but after meeting with the staff I am very happy I made the switch. It is an open layout gym with new equipment and is very clean. They give you a complimentary fitness assessment and work out plan, and you can choose to get a personal trainer if you want, but they don't hassle like Fitness First trainers do. It is also 24 hours so you can work out whenever you want! Brilliant.

I chose this Gym because of the free child minding every morning. The ladies are caring and kind and my baby is just in the next room while I work out. It is not a fancy gym but it is very comfortable and the machines are good quality and it's never too crowded.

I've been going to this gym since '99. It's not Fitness First but it has everything you need, plus staff always on the floor to help you and all at a fraction of the price. Great value and no pretentiousness.
