Plus Fitness Rockdale is a poorly run and poorly maintained gym. The gym is tiny and when there are more than literally a few people in it you can hardly move around. It's very uncomfortable. The equipment is getting old and is not maintained, seems dangerous to me. I wouldn't waste my time or money on personal training sessions at this gym either as you can train much better on your own, the training standards are very low. I would not recommend this gym at all, so save your money and go to another gym. When you call the Plus Fitness head office to discuss your matters, they are rude and not professional. They have these really young girls that work there that have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. Their knowledge of the business is non-existent. They do not return your calls or reply to your emails, absolutely useless. Avoid Plus Fitness Rockdale and save yourself the money and hassle.

I'm currently a member of Fitness First and it's getting more and more expensive. We are all looking for some bargain now days and Plus Fitness 24/7 seems to be a perfect solution as it's no join fee, no contract and the price is amazing compare the other gyms. Besides that they are open 24/7. I visited them twice already and will swap my membership next week.
