Great place to go for pole classes. The teachers here are so helpful and friendly. I find the girls in the classes are really friendly too and it's just a great environment!

I have been taking Pole lessons from Pole Princess for the past year and a half. It is a great workout combining Cardio, Strength and core training and also dance.
Classes are made up into a 8 week term and are split into 7 levels. Over the 8 weeks you will learn a trick each week and part of a dance which students have the chance to perform at end of term performance night. Every term there is a new dance, once you have mastered the tricks in that level you can go up.
Teachers are great, all of them starting doing pole dancing as a fitness class. They also have casual classes - workout and core conditioning classes, also stretch and flex and dance classes such as burlesque, hip hop and cheer leading.
Student can also go at any free time and use studio for practise sessions.
Cost is a little expensive but classes are small and limited amount of poles per room. You can ensure a teacher will help you get your tricks right.
I strongly recommend pole dancing for anyone, its not the erotic dancing style some people make it out to be.

Approximate cost: $230 for 8 week term

Friend had her 21st birthday here as a group pole dancing lesson from using a coupon. Everyone was a little awkward at first but the instructor was very friendly and managed to get most people to open up. Really helpful in giving everyone tips on how to do the moves correctly.

It really was a good workout for your core muscles and a good cardio workout. Classes are about that of normal dance classes and they offer different types of classes as well like stretch n flex and cheerleading.
