I went here for a vehicle road worthy certificate and was given the worst customer service I have ever received in my whole life. I was told to drop the car off at 7am and it would be finished by 9am. By 11am I had not received a call so I phoned and asked how the car was going and I was told the car hadnt been checked yet. By 3pm I still had no call and rang up again and the reception staff said "oh it's you again". By 4.30 the car was ready and I was quoted $1150 for repairs that needed to be done to make it roadworthy. As I questioned their service I got it checked the next week at another Mechanic and the car passed the road worthy cert straight away with no repairs needed. Do not use this mechanic!
