Very professional service and excellent care provided by Poornima and her team to my family. I would definitely recommend this practice to others. Easy access location and free parking at the door just another bonus.

My family has been going to Dr. Pooni for years. She is very friendly and always makes that extra effort so that kids feel comfortable and safe. She also takes especially good care of her regulars.

My family have been seeing Dr Poornima Nayak for a few years. We find her wonderful, very friendly, caring and professional. Her experience with children is evident with our 3 year old, making a visit to the dentist a fun experience.

Friendly staff, very helpful, curtious and professional. I normally hate any form of dental work but this is good sevice and touch wood no pain so far.

Pooni is very professional, calm and talks you through what procedure she is about to do. She is great with the us and the kids and puts them at ease if they are a bit nervous. She will give you options. Some of our children's baby teeth don't fall out naturally, but end up having to be removed by the dentist but she has never gone straight in and removed their teeth without the childs consent. Usually it is more the eat more carrots or apples to help wiggle the tooth out before we do have to end up going back for the visit. She is very gentle. I would highly recommend her.

My experience was great have never felt as comfortable as I do there with any other dentist gentle kind patient and great with kids !

Every time I've visited positive dental health I've left feeling happy with the work as well as the cost. This is a stark change from many other dentists ive seen in the past. Dr nagesh really makes it a positive experience.

Relaxed calm visit , very friendly and lovely nature of dentist and staff..highly recommended. Parking was great, right outside the centre..very well priced. And good to know they are providers of many private health funds.

Best Dental visit I have had . Dr Poonima Nayak is outstanding. Accommodated an appointment promptly, saw me right on time, accessed my needs professionally, gave me clear advice and extracted a wisdom tooth in the chair. I was very apprehensive to say the least having never having had a tooth removed. I absolutely didn't feel a thing. Dr Nayak was very reassuring , professional and caring in her approach.And to cap it off the cost was extremely reasonable. Cannot speak highly enough!!!! have just found my new dentist!!!!

I am very wary of dentists (bad past experiences), but have found Dr Poornima Nayak to be absolutely superb. She is thorough yet gentle, and has great patient skills to match her dental techniques! I have had tricky dental problems both times I have visited her (one on very short notice), and she has been fabulous! My husband, Andy, and our daughter have also had treatments from her, and have also been impressed by her. I highly recommend Dr Nayak!

The staff where very friendly and put you at ease. The staff described what they were going to do and let me see the X-rays of my mouth. The service was completely covered by my Health Fund unlike other dentists. Overall I felt extremely satisfied that I had a great service and would recommend this dentist to family and friends.

Fantastic new facilities, I've been there three times so far by myself or with my daughter. My daughter (11) has had nothing but good experiences any mine were the same. Had two filling this morning and was surprised at how quickly and painlessly they went. Didn't even feel the needle going in to numb my mouth. Excellent advise and unlike some places I've been not just looking at what they can get out of my health insurance but working with me to get done what is needed and in what order they need doing. It's been 5 years since my last check up so a bit to be done but they will be getting all my business from now on.

This place is run as a very professional setup. The dental care being provided is excellent. The team ensures that adequate amount of time is being spent to look into the patients welfare.
