Celine is the absolute bestest :)

My husband and I have really enjoyed training with Celine; her workouts are effective, and she is a motivating, enthusiastic trainer. Celine is also a total professional who is never late, never misses sessions. She takes your strengths/weaknesses into account, and tailors your workouts to get the best results :)

I have been doing Crossfit classes for 2 years and felt I had plateaued in my training. While still enjoying classes, I needed a program that allowed me to focus on certain core strength areas and technique improvements that would allow me to get more from Crossfit.
Having trained and been taught by Celine in many Crossfit sessions, I looked to her to develop a specific and targeted 12 week strength and technique program.
By the end of the program I had made improvements in all areas of my lifts, both from a technique and strength perspective.
Celine takes the time to listen to your needs and tailor your program accordingly. You only get what you put into it, but Celine will always be there to get the best out of you! Thanks Celine for your help and support throughout.

I am a mature aged female, who has had weight issues for approximately the last 15 years, suffering high blood pressure & arthrits, as a direct consequence. Finally, in April this year, I resolved to become the 'best' me I could be, body, soul & Spirit. I'd been dilligent in the latter two areas, but sadly lacking in the physical. I googled the words, 'Body
Transformation' , because that's what I believed I needed, nothing less would do! One of the sites, was 'Powerfrog' it contained the information I direly needed, including a questionaire, which allowed me, to look at myself & asses my motives, etc, honestly.
Since then, I have been fortunate to be connected to Celine, whom I am proud to say, is my 'Personal Trainer' & has been, nigh on 3 months. Celine is a very dedicated & motivated young woman, who is definitely passionate about, not only her role, as personal trainer, but is interested in you, the person, your goals, needs & aspirations. She also does, 'over & aboves', e.g. Making yummy homemade soup for the ailing! (Who does that?) Someone who CARES! So kudos to Celine & those like you, who inspire us former gym snobs, to want to try, & then realise that they'd wished they had started it earlier! I'm surprisingly, enjoying the many & varied challenges Celine has formulated for my individual needs, knowing that the changed mindsets & body, is & will be, well worth it! Training with Celine has changed my life. I didn't used to stick to any program, now I hate when missing a session. Celine is so dedicated, passionate and focused that it inspires you to give your best. She pushes you, but in a way that makes you grow and want to do more. I received the first month of training as a gift from a friend, and since January 2015 I haven't looked back.

Having recently attended a 24 hour franchise gym where the personal service and values lasted about 24 seconds, it was refreshing to meet Celine who undertakes her job in a professional manner.

In my profession, reading a ‘balance sheet’ requires knowledge, likewise understanding my personal goals, needs, with general health and diet also entails knowledge, experience, time and a personal interest. Celine has encapsulated this into an individualized exercise program where exercise sessions have variety from ropes to kettlebells.

Celine’s personal program has also enabled me to complete a 7.30km tough trail run. Thank you Celine for your constant feedback, motivation and support. I recommend her as a personal fitness instructor.

I went to Celine after never having been to a personal trainer before, and was a little nervous.

She was brilliant.

She wrote me a perfect training programme for exactly what I needed and kept me going when ever I was feeling demotivated.

I was very lucky to find Celine as she went far beyond the call of duty, finding events such as the Tough Bloke challenge to change up the training programme and to make it fun.

The dedication and passion Celine shows for all of her clients is overwhelming.
And thanks to here I now have a fulfilling career in the Army.

I started training with Celine more than 2 years ago and have never looked back. Celine is a very inspiring, professional and enthusiastic Personal Trainer, who is always looks for something new, challenging, is very attentive and capable of convincing me to believe in myself and to try a bit harder to achieve my goals.

One of the very valuable qualities of Celine is an ability to demonstrate the exercises with perfection (which is really infectious) and then clearly explain where your problems are and how to improve the execution.

Celine makes you work really hard but, most importantly, makes you feel really good about yourself - I’ve never imagined I would be able to do all those push-ups, pull-ups, bench presses, just name it. While training with Celine I have achieved my desirable weight, toned my body and feel really happy that I have made this very rewardable life-style choice.

If i could give Celine 10 stars out of 5 i would. I have never been one for exercise cardio or strength training but i was referred by a friend in October before a holiday and have been going 3 times a week ever since. Every session is different I have seen a a huge improvement in my self since. You could say i even like to exercise now....all thanks to Celine!!! She is the type of personal trainer that adjusts all sessions to the individuals ability and pushes you to your limits, she always makes me feel like i can achieve anything. she is motivating and now couldn't imagine a week without seeing Celine. love you pocket rocket!!
