Ive been going to Powertone now for 7 months - just renewed my 6 month membership & am so thankful to my friend who introduced me to this amazing place! Ive lost a total of 48.7cm since Ive been going there. I have to admit that I was initially sceptical before I had my free trial session but its amazing and the concept is quite amazing in itself! Its the best thing Ive done for myself in years and not only do I benefit from it, but so does my husband who has put up with mood swings and depression for a while now mainly due to being overweight & unhealthy. Sounds crazy but I get withdrawal symptoms if I miss a session or havent been in a couple of days. As a skeptic, I did all my own tests before joining, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.... and Im happy to report, my health has improved - people have noticed the change in my body, the glow in my face and the sparkle in my eyes but more importantly is that I can feel the change from the inside. I can cope better with stress, I sleep better and Ive never felt this good ever. I would hightly recommend Powertone if you are wanting to lose weight, tone up, relieve stress, detox and if you have any conditions where you cant exercise if a normal gym. The staff are very caring and genuinely care about you as a person. When I was unwell a while ago with the flu, I got a 'Get Well' card - all hand written mind you wishign me a speedy recovery. I truly enjoy going there and couldnt imagine giving it up.
