Hi, I called this company as I had their number from my sofa warranty company however our sofa was no longer covered as it ran out 2 months prior.
We had a new puppy and the dog did 2 wee's on 2 seats and I wanted to get the smell removed...
They came out and the smell was still in 1 of the seats so they came out again and apologised as he didn't do that seat (even though I paid for all seats to be done)...anyway he did that 1 seat again and the smell has not gone away..
Pretty disappointing. I just paid the $250 however I do not recommend this company as the dog wee was the only reason I wanted them out and they couldn't do the job properly.

I have had my carpets cleaned several times by Peter now and being new to the area, you often wonder what type of service you will be given, boom! great job, great service, always punctual and overall a no fuss attitude nothing is ever too much trouble.

After having a great party 4 weekends ago, we had our carpets done. They hadn't been cleaned for over a year anyway. We were amazed on how much dirt & yucky stuff came out & the smell of our house, has improved out of sight!

Peter is very professional & helpful & a very nice person. He always arrives on time & never minds doing that bit extra - usually without being asked. Carpets look great & dry quickly - wouldn't use anyone else. I wrote this before reading other reviews - seems others feel the same!
