We had a great experience with Premier Shades. Jim came out to our office and measured up. We have some oddly shaped windows and Jim was able to recommend a solution for us. We took his advice on what colour blinds to have installed in the office. We compared the quote with another local blinds manufacturer and the Premier Shades blinds were close to 50% less. We also had a deadline for the blinds to be installed (10 days after the measure and quote) and Premier Shades delivered and installed well before the date we gave as a deadline. Sharon kept me informed with the procurement and manufacture process every step of the way. 100% satisfied customer.

We were very happy with the service provided from the salesperson and Office staff, however after the blinds were installed incorrectly it just became tedious.

A manager came out and inspected the blinds and did the bare minimum to rectify the problems...
1/ Turning a damaged pelmet upside down so the dents couldn't be seen instead of replacing it.
2/ Telling us due to the size of the blind, levers could not be put on the other side, however they were on the other side side for 2 venetians (which were the same size).
3/ Telling me a bowing blind was not that bad and to just not shut it all the way.
4/ And his response to "we didn't want tie down brackets, we don't even know how that happened" was, well its on the order form so you must have told the salesperson you wanted them.

We have since had a blind removed and replaced, then replaced again as it did not close properly and was not straight. Again it was suggested that we just don't close it completely, however we bought and paid a bit of money for blinds that can open and close, are not not bowed and are level, not too much to ask I thought.

We now have blinds that do what they should, and we are grateful for that, however I'm not sure if I would buy from them again.

Thanks for a very descriptive and well-written review. Sounds like this place is not good on after-sales service at all and potential customers need to know this. Great info.
