When my previous regular mechanic retired I tried several alternative all of whom disappointed me. Our old Mazda 626 needed a new clutch master cylinder and I didn't feel able to do it myself. According to the manual I had to remove the brake pedal and the clutch pedal to do the job and I am way to old to be doing stuff like that.

Dean quoted me one hour to do the job and I really doubted it was possible. He took one look at the car and said that the manual was wrong! One hours work later and my clutch is as good as new. Dean could easily have taken longer but he is fair and honest. And yes, the manual was wrong :)

Dean does complete logbook services; is thoughtful about what needs to be done when - which is helpful for me because my kilometres travelled never tallies with the recommended logbook services; he has identified an issue & repaired it early before it caused more damage; he is thorough, works tidily & is respectful & polite. He returns calls promptly & if he is running a bit late he rings to let you know. I have never had any issue with the quality of his work. And did I mention, he comes to my home or work to service my 2 cars and his charges are very reasonable for the great service he delivers. I will continue to have my vehicles services by him & will happily recommend him to my family & friends.
