I was over the moon with the service provided by Prestige Appliance Repair Centre. Two of the technicians, Joe and Rocky recently installed a Cooktop in my kitchen and did an exceptional job. I appreciated their consistent communication throughout the entire process and was grateful that the installation was completed within just a few days following my request. I've certainly never worked with any contractors that show as much pride in their work as Rocky and Joe and their knowledge about this craft was shown. Their prices were also very fair, and I’d consider these guys to be the best contractors that I’ve ever worked with. I would highly recommend Prestige to anyone in need of their services in the future …. 5 stars!

a technician came out to fix our washing machine and broke a major part in it, they took many months to finally do something about it, we were without a washing machine for 8 months. They finally bogged it up then when we finally got the machine back the motor wasnt working, they said it was our fault for getting such an old machine fixed even though they didnt mention that initially, very unprofessional dealings with the owner of the business, consumer affairs said they should compensate us but the owner refused.

Our washing machine had a small leak the staff came to repair it and a major part got broken, the company stuffed us around for months and months then bogged the machine up. Very poor communication from the company rarely responded to our calls. refused to compensate us for the damage/inconvenience of not having our machine for over 8 months. It is still broken.

Our SMEG oven stopped working and they were around within a couple of days to fix it! Very professional staff.

Our Kleenmaid oven stopped heating. We called Presige and they suspected the element needed replacing. The repairman installed the new element very quickly and efficiently and the oven has been working perfectly.
