As a long-term resident / elder of the Kallangur area, I can truthfully say that this Dentist is the best in all of the Pine Rivers area. The receptionist is very helpful, and the Dentist are well trained as it shows in all the treatment I have received. The practice is very modern and clean with all staff in uniforms. It has the professional touch of a big city Dental practice with a friendly group to take care of your dental needs. My teeth can be tricky to repair, but none of it was a problem for the two different dentist I have seen there over the years. The parking is available close by in the same carpark as The Kallangur Family Practice. The entire medical centre is very well equipped, including The Kallangur Family Practice, Podiatry, QML, Xray, + Cafe for lunch and Prevent Dental Suite. Keep your health good in all respect. Use and support your local Health Professionals. Dental health is very important, do not avoid treatment as it will only get worse.

Being a dentophobic and only going in an emergency, when I phoned up with my emergency I was fitted straight in. I went in with one loose tooth and ended up with 3 extractions which I knew I needed but was too scared to face. With some gentle persuasion I faced the inevitable and it was over in no time. I received a follow-up phone call the next day to see how I was coping and was so touched. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making an overwhelming experience for me to be so bearable

Today was my first visit to Prevent Dental Suite Kallangur. I was impressed by the caring and informative staff. Each step of the check up was explained and I was continually asked if I was OK.
I have to return for a couple of follow ups and am not in the least worried.

I have lived in this area for 30 years and been to the same dentist. I cracked my tooth and my old dentist could not fit me in so I rang Prevent Dental and had an appointment the next day. Absolutely the best experience I have had in a dentist chair. So now I am getting some major dental work completed here and going to recommend to the rest of my family.

Dr Shilpa was very empathetic given my inane fear of having a tooth removed! She put me at ease and the procedure was over before I knew it. She has also treated my kids (made them feel very proud of sitting so well in the chair) and my husband who is as fond of dentistry as I am! Would recommend this practice to anyone.

I have a dental phobia and this practice put me totally at ease with their non rushed approached and genuine caring. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any age group. Very reasonably priced and explain both dental and financial aspects thoroughly. I was amazed that this kind of service still exists in this day of the mighty dollar where everyone is hustled in and out in the shortest time possible for many things! This dental suite is really an amazing find!

They are professional and make you feel comfortable. They thoroughly explain what they are going to before any procedure and allow you to ask any questions. I would highly recommend them!

All the ladies at Prevent Dental do a great job, the dentist, the assistant and the receptionist do it all with a smile and with care.
