Matthew not only cleaned my lounge suite that I thought couldn't be restored because it was so dirty, but he also gave me helpful tips on cleaning my tiles. He worked fast, but was very diligent and did his work with enthusiasm. I would DEFINITELY recommend his services (and he was $50 cheaper than the other three quotations I got). Got 2 rooms done one month ago, i called him for 2 more rooms and the results were perfect. I recommend Matthew for all carpet cleaning jobs.

Ignoring all the hoo-ha in the advertizing, this guy Matthew can't help himself but agitate his customers. Says he used a machine that would have cost more, but never mentioned that on first phone call. Over an hour late, but when I suggested he should have phoned or texted me that he was going to be late, he gets his back up. This guys basically knows nothing about customer service. Any pleb can clean carpets, but it's how they treat customers that makes a difference.
