Priceline Williamstown really need to have a proper queing system, with big large signage & ropes sectioned off. So many times I have had many people jump the que, while us patient customers wait in line. People also enter from the back door & also jump the que.

Recently moved to Williamstown & am very sad to see Racial prejudice is still around, I have come across such rude Williamstown Locals Customers in Priceline. :(

We are spoiled for Chemists around my area and although this is a large place and is new and fresh, it doesn't measure up to the older businesses in my opinion.

They have the usual range of over the counter medicines for colds, injuries, allergies, etc. They also carry a lot of toiletries and cosmetics and hair care products - over half the shop is dedicated to this.

And at the back is the dispensary for prescriptions. I had a problem with this area. They were very slow at filling my prescription and when it was time to pick it up, the amount of money was very large. I questioned this and the sales girl who didn't seem to know anything about the medicine itself told me to go back and see the pharmacist.

After doing this I was told there was no cheaper equivalent and that they were very unusual medicines. I was never told at the start any of this when the prescription was first looked at, as I have been at other places. Basically I thought $100 was far too much for an antibiotic I've had at other places for half the cost. I refused to pay and left without my medication.

So partly the fault of the doctor I suppose, but I didn't feel that this place cared enough about me or my illness to actually ask any questions.

There are other alternatives to this place and if you want hair and beauty I suppose it's fine.

Approximate cost: $Prescriptions seem overpriced.
