The whole process from booking a quote, receiving the quote very quickly and getting the job done almost immediately was excellent. The guys doing the job we’re on time and courteous and did a great job. The only hitch was that they had to undo the Foxtel satellite dish and that night my Foxtel wouldn’t work. I called Foxtel and they confirmed it wasn’t connecting, but luckily I could switch to the internet and won’t need the dish.

The actual plumbers were fantastic. The admin side need to keep the customer informed as to what is happening . Took me 3 days and 3 calls to get a start time or if the job was being done. Beside that, a job well done.

Response time was excellent. The pipe leak was repaired within an hour. However to charge over $1000 to fix the leak seems highly unreasonable.

We had 2 really bad experiences with them.
On the first occasion, they did an expensive electricity job for us, but haven't fixed the entire issue. When we called them, asking to finish fixing it, as their responsibility, they came quick but insisted on charging us AGAIN, and with a high fee for this (without any advance warning), even though we already paid them several thousands dollars for this job.
On the second occasion, before we knew how bad it'll go with electricity, we called them for a plumbing issue with toilet. The plumber gave us a complex 'diagnosis' and a high quote, but refused committing anything formally to paper. We got a second quote which was at least 50% less and the diagnosis was completely different. The second plumber fixed our toilet and it has been great since.
This company is dishonest and I saw there are similar online reviews about them by other customers.

I would rate this company a 5 star service. They are courteous and they have their plumbers call you before they come over. They do neat and efficient work and in addition, they give a upfront quote before they perform any works, so you know exactly how much you are paying. I highly recommend using them for all your plumbing needs. They were very helpful and pleasure to to work with.

I had to call Priority One Plumbing to fix my chronic sewer line. Plumbers were very friendly and had all the tools for the job in his special built ute. Quoting and approval process was detailed and pretty simple. We are really happy with the quality of work and the pricing. We definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs. First time dealing with this company for sewer excavation job for replacing a pipe which is damaged. They were very patient on call listened to my issues and we were happy to book on the same day of my call. Plumber explained me about the excavation and gave a fixed quote. He laid out several options for me which were super beneficial and explained the whole process. He even gave me maintenance tips so that it won't be blocked again and the pipe won't be damaged. From their communication I am confident the money I spend won't be vain and they proved it. Highly recommended.

I contacted Priority One Plumbing to get my hot water unit checked and probably replace it. They were able to send their plumber to my home the next day. He wore mask which is very important during this time. Plumber went over what is wrong with out old unit and he recommended getting the hot water system replaced. He wrote up a quote for us and we decided to get it done.

Got a quote from this company for a roof work. I need to replace my old roof sheeting which was extremely in poor condition. I even had a leaking downpipe. Both jobs were done to my standard. There was a delay in organising materials but they did the job promptly once it was organised. Invoice was given explaining the costs which made me easy to understand the pricing. Would certainly use them again. Highly recommended.

P1 Plumbing and Electrical came out this morning to fix a leak that multiple plumbers (I mean 5!!) could not fix. The other plumbers couldn't even find where the water was coming from. These guys were on time and had the job done in no time. The plumbers were incredibly friendly, professional and they will be my go-to company for plumbing and heating now. Confirmed appointment by text after booking through online and they came ASAP within two hours. Plumber was professional, knowledgeable and communicated exactly what was happening. Replacement of my hot water system was done in a constricted place so it was challenging for the plumber. These guys were reasonably priced as well. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend these guys if any plumbing services are needed.

We have been using Priority one plumbing for couple of years now. The plumbers are very thorough and explains everything that needs to be done before they start working. The plumbers are honest and will give quote for the job that need to be done. We recently had a clogged sink drain and a broken toilet in our bathroom. I had this same plumber come over multiple times for different issues. So it seems like the plumbers have been working in the same company for years, that tells you a great deal about the company.

They are very accomodating with the scheduling usually done over the phone.

Had two plumbers to complete my job.Worked through some issues with urban utilities which were frustrating. We appreciate your patience and understanding on all the plumbing work carried out at my property. Price was affordable and got a seniors discount 20 per vent from them. Very happy with their courteous and quality service and would call them next week for my roof work at my investment property.

I called Priority One Plumbing yesterday and the call was promptly answered by a very efficient operator who patiently helped me to book a plumber to visit my house the following morning. Plumber turned up on time and was excellen. He listened to my issue, made a through assessment of the issue before giving me a quote. After accepting the quote, $49 call out was waived and plumber completed the repairs efficiently. Very satisfied and will use them again.

Both plumber and his apprentice where fast friendly very hardworking gentleman. Kept informed with what was happenning to fix blocked drain and explained what not to do in future. Would highly recommend these people for any plumbing work and would definitely use them for their way of service and workmanship. It was a pleasant experience dealing with the company. I called Priority One Plumbing to replace the toilet which had a broken outlet valve. Technician was right on time and was very accomodating with few changes we have requested, He was extremely professional when organising quote and following through with the job. Job was completed with high standards and to our full satisfaction. Will use again when needed -no hidden charges.

Great bunch of people who did an amazing job. Both our toilets started draining slowly when flushed, my husband tried to plunge the toilet but wasn't of no use. After searching online and going through the reviews of several company we devided to ring Priority One Plumbing and Electrical Services. They certainly live up to their online rating. The plumber from this company did a amazing work. The communication from the company was great. Their price is competitive, less compared to my old plumbers and that is the reason I use them again and again. Good experience all round. I will definitely contact them for my other jobs.

I initially called these guys out to fix a leaking tap in my laundry. Upon arrival the plumber also discovered the issue with the drainage pipes. The plumber fixed both the issues. Now my laundry is dry and I'm very happy with the work. The final invoice was more than reasonable. Thr plumber cleaned up the place before leaving. Quote was competitive to market rates. Everything was done keeping the Australian standards. Gave us compliance certificate and a warranty for the work. Great plumbers, so do yourself a favour and give them a go.

I contacted Priority One Plumbing for fixing my blocked drain. My two bathroom sinks were slow to drain due to the blockage. The plumber did a CCTV inspection. My drain was blocked and need to do a high pressure jetter cleaning ASAP. Have saved money as their price was far better than the two quotes I got. Their price is one feature which we like the most. Very happy with the job and attitude of the plumber. Will always use them.

On one Saturday I had to call Priority One Plumbing for clearing up my blocked sewer drain. Due to the sewage blockage, my two toilets were blocked too. The plumber arrived within two hours and did a CCTV inspection. My drain was full of rocks, leaves and tree roots which need to be cleaned. Plumber insisted us to do high-pressure jetting. All issues were settled without any problems and they took a recent fare on Saturday. Thank you from a happy customer.
