I called Priority One Plumbing yesterday and the call was promptly answered by a very efficient operator who patiently helped me to book a plumber to visit my house the following morning. Plumber turned up on time and was excellen. He listened to my issue, made a through assessment of the issue before giving me a quote. After accepting the quote, $49 call out was waived and plumber completed the repairs efficiently. Very satisfied and will use them again.

Both plumber and his apprentice where fast friendly very hardworking gentleman. Kept informed with what was happenning to fix blocked drain and explained what not to do in future. Would highly recommend these people for any plumbing work and would definitely use them for their way of service and workmanship. It was a pleasant experience dealing with the company. I called Priority One Plumbing to replace the toilet which had a broken outlet valve. Technician was right on time and was very accomodating with few changes we have requested, He was extremely professional when organising quote and following through with the job. Job was completed with high standards and to our full satisfaction. Will use again when needed -no hidden charges.

Great bunch of people who did an amazing job. Both our toilets started draining slowly when flushed, my husband tried to plunge the toilet but wasn't of no use. After searching online and going through the reviews of several company we devided to ring Priority One Plumbing and Electrical Services. They certainly live up to their online rating. The plumber from this company did a amazing work. The communication from the company was great. Their price is competitive, less compared to my old plumbers and that is the reason I use them again and again. Good experience all round. I will definitely contact them for my other jobs.

I initially called these guys out to fix a leaking tap in my laundry. Upon arrival the plumber also discovered the issue with the drainage pipes. The plumber fixed both the issues. Now my laundry is dry and I'm very happy with the work. The final invoice was more than reasonable. Thr plumber cleaned up the place before leaving. Quote was competitive to market rates. Everything was done keeping the Australian standards. Gave us compliance certificate and a warranty for the work. Great plumbers, so do yourself a favour and give them a go.

I contacted Priority One Plumbing for fixing my blocked drain. My two bathroom sinks were slow to drain due to the blockage. The plumber did a CCTV inspection. My drain was blocked and need to do a high pressure jetter cleaning ASAP. Have saved money as their price was far better than the two quotes I got. Their price is one feature which we like the most. Very happy with the job and attitude of the plumber. Will always use them.

On one Saturday I had to call Priority One Plumbing for clearing up my blocked sewer drain. Due to the sewage blockage, my two toilets were blocked too. The plumber arrived within two hours and did a CCTV inspection. My drain was full of rocks, leaves and tree roots which need to be cleaned. Plumber insisted us to do high-pressure jetting. All issues were settled without any problems and they took a recent fare on Saturday. Thank you from a happy customer.

I contacted them for an serious gas leak which was an emergency. I was alone with my three year old baby and didn't know what to do. The office staff calmed me down and asked about the gas cooktop stove. She quickly told me what to switch off and do things until the plumber come. Her advice was effective and the smell started to decrease. The plumber came within 30 min and I was able to breathe properly. He fixed the gas line and advised me the do's and don't when using the gas cooktop stove. This incident was the worst experience in my life but this company saved me. They are worth for my money!

Plumber from Priority one plumbing service and electrical service was awesome! I called several companies that morning and only Priority one plumbing and electrical was available for that day.
The night before, we had drainage issue in the kitchen sink. I used a plunger to try and break it free. Seemed to work just okay. Finally the water cleared and then heard it. Water in the wall, hitting the floor inside the wall. I'm not ready to shell out $$ at 11:30pm for 24 hour service so we decided to wait till Morning. Plus it's not our house so we had to contact the owners too. Water was soaking the carpet so we moved the couch and turned on the fans to dry it out a bit overnight.
The plumber came out and got to work and cut open the wall. It was soaked. Cut further and black goo was on the studs of the wall. Of course my first fear was mold but it wasn't ( thank goodness). Just black, greasy sludge. Our house was repiped but this was an area that was missed I guess. It is a wonder that it didn't happen earlier. It was pretty gross. The plumber was able to cut the pipe and replace.

Priority One Plumbing is amazing. The office lady couldn't have been nicer, and she definitely talked me off the ledge. And the plumber saved my weekend with an emergency call on Friday evening. He explained me everything, informed me in advance of the costs and the possibility of other necessary procedures and fixed everything quickly. He is not just a great plumber , but a very nice person who truly cares about the customers. And the upfront quotes makes you a lot less anxious. Also, they are good in what they do and I don't have any hesitation in paying them.
