If I could leave 0 stars I would.
Avoid this place like the plague.

I made a booking for myself and a friend, we had to wait over half an hour after our booked time, then i had to wait half an hour again, by the time my nails were started the friend I arrived with was almost finished.

Neither of us were given the right colour or shape requested and the langue barrier and aggressive and poor mannered employees made it hard to communicate that too.

They butchered my toe nails, breaking skin which then lead to infection.

The manager/owner is rude and sits in the empty massage chairs with earphones in watching videos on his phone.

My acrylic finger nails began falling off 2 days after.

This place is bad. avoid it unless you like infections, rude technicians or waiting.

They might be cheaper than other places, but it’s not worth it - go somewhere else , anywhere else, even if you need to pay a bit more.

Approximate cost: $70

The worst experience ever. I really thought that we live in a country that had values and dignity. Before seeing a technician all I ask is that you ask to see their personal certificate before someone gets seriously injured by infection or disease

HORRIBLE never again! Only went because I had a gift card from Xmas. Pre-booked full set of gel nails as I'm allergic to acrylic, I made this crystal clear when booking and asked the girl doing my nails to confirm it was gel, twice.. then by that evening my fingers are swollen, all around my cuticles are inflammed and bleeding! The reaction I get FROM ACRYLIC!!!!! I phoned them the next morning, spoke to [redacted due to personal identifier] and expressed my disappointment & requested that I come back and they take them off free of charge to which he replied that I was wrong & didn't know what I was talking about - so rude!! So i hung up on him. Lesson learned, I'll be going back to more reputable nail salons in future. So my advice AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Zero stars all round. Work is shonky. Practices are shonky.
Manager refuses to fix bad work. Brand new acrylics looked 4 weeks old after 11 days! The lady who did them did the cuticle work AFTER the nail was put on so you would be back soon for a refill because that's what they were trying to sell me 11 days after they were put on. I wondered why she didn't do the work in the right order and now I know why. The nails were all lifting on the sides too at this stage. Very poor work and poor management.

Approximate cost: $40

I went here once as I needed to get my nails done for an event and hadn't booked in anywhere. They were accommodating and had room for me which was great. So as I'm getting my nails done it came time to have them shaped. I told the girl what a wanted, a squoval shape. She didn't understand, I explained more and she said she understood. So she's filing away as asks me if it was ok and I was happy, I said no, just a little off here. Filing away again and asks the same, is it ok. It wasn't, so she threw the file at me and told me to do it myself! WHAT? Extremely rude. When I pay for a service I expect to not have to do it myself. I will never go there ever again and I do tell everyone I can of my experience.

Approximate cost: $40-45

I have used profssioNail a few times the first couple of times my manicures were good but the last time my cuticles started to bleed because the cuticles were pushed back very roughly. Overall they were good though and I was happy the first few times it was just the last time that put me off.

I;ve been here a few times and the girls are always friendly and quick! My nails always look great, but I don't like how the girls speak in their own language - its a bit rude and makes me feel like they're talking about the customers!

It is super value for money, i love having some me time and i feel that at Professonails i am able to get pampered. I have two boys and it is nice to come in with or with out an appointment and have regular manicures and pedicures they are my favorite! I feel all relaxed at an affordable price.
