I was shocked and pleased to have found this company to be fantastic , we communicated via email all the time as there phone system went to voicemail most of the time . They made my journey with them easy . The installer contact me directly once i had booked the job and it was done within the week . I had front and rear sensors installed and a reverse mirror camera . Very happy with the service and product from start to finish .

I found Professional Car Accessories on the internet and called and talked with Tania about installing rear sensors on a SUV. Tania was professional and explained the billing and obtained detailed information about the car to ensure that the correct sensors were available for the car. A couple of weeks later, John came to our house to install the sensors and he was very easy to deal with and professional. He installed the sensors swiftly and cleanly.

Even though Proffesional Car Accessories are located in Victoria they actually run Australia wide, which is very convenient and a true sign they care about there customers (to me anyway). I had someone come out and install a hands free kit in my wife car, the installer did a wonderful job, and I was happy from start to finish. Very professional and friendly from start to finish, these guys helped me to install a reverse camera. My experience with these guys exceeded my expectation and haven't had such wonderful service ever, they installed my camera and showed me how to use it, gave me some great helping tips too. After 4 years of battling to get my genuine sensors working using various vendors, I spoke to Professional Car Accessories. I talked them through the issues and they ascertained that the sensors had been installed in the incorrect location. I decided to start again with new sensors. I especially liked the fact that the new sensors offered some customisation of the settings, just in case there was some tweaking required. The Perth installer came around to our house promptly and was really friendly and professional. Professional Car Accessories also followed up a week later to make sure everything was working well which I'm happy to say is the case.

How often do you deal with a company which you can only describe your experience with them as WOW! The didn't just meet my expectations they exceeded them. They delivered on every promise they made, their installer in Townsville was excellent and any questions I had were answered immediately. They made me feel like their most important customer. What a fantastic team!!!

At first I was hesitant about these new Ultra sleek sensors, I have a Jeep with a nudge bar and I found it hard to get anyone that could fit sensors on my car . I rang car accessory's and they told me they had these new sensors , with heaps of adjustment which made them possible to be installed on my jeep . I got front and rear installed and they colour coded them to perfection . They work a treat . Not even the dealership could help me . Many thanks to car accessory's and the team . Had an initial problem because their installer let everyone down to start with.
But this was overcome with a great guy who installed front sensors for my jeep - excellent product. Would have given 4 stars for service and overall due to the bad start but they backed up with good follow up to earn the 5 stars. VERY VERY happy with the end result.
