bill came to measure and quote for a built-in floor to ceiling full-wall cupboard unit to fit out the back wall of our family room..what he found was an uneven floor and uneven walls! undaunted he just made the whole thing work. took him longer than he thought (trouble with our floor etc, not his work), but still only the day, and the guys did an amazing job. very nice, cleaned up after, didn't leave any mess anywhere, only minimal eruptions of (understandable) frustration could be heard, faintly, from my family-room (poor guys). we are marvellously happy with our new cupboards! bill was very professional, came back quickly with a quote, did the job in a reasonable time. no long waits for quotes etc (i hate that)- even when we had to wait a bit it was because bill wasn't ahppy with a door and sent it back. totally fine with us! such a great, great job. thaks BIll! -tracy and mike
