We had a garden tree stump that needed delicate removal as next to gas mains, water pipes, sewerage, etc. Lots of cutting into pieces before levering out by hand with a crowbar. Hard work and they went at it until it was done.

I had a tree stump that needed removal. I issued them the confirmation in the evening and by lunch the next day, the work was completed and I was paying their invoice.

Contacted this company on Friday and explained what needed to be done. David came on Monday and removed the tree stump. Because he had finished in no time, I asked him if he could remove a peach tree. We agreed on the price and he did. Rubbish was removed and backyard cleaned. David is a polite young man and I have no hesitation in recommending this company. $650.00
I was very concerned with my stump/root removal needed to satisfy building requirements. Stump was about 50cm from the water meter and roots in and around. Delicte operation and seeing a grinder in action I was a bit apprehensive. Spoke with Gordon twice and he gave me confidience to proceed and they delivered a great result.
Absolutely choose this business . On time . Roots all chewed up and he cleaned up . Amazing . David was lovely to deal with .

Friendly staff and efficient service but unfortunately the job wasn't done very well. We asked for rubbish to be removed and the the nature strip to be cleaned up. I thought this would mean no weeds or grass would be left. I guess we have different opinions on what cleaned up means.
Should have used the other company that quoted 800.00 instead of a local maybe a better job would have been done.

Thank you for the above feedback yet we cannot accept your position on the work completed nor the insinuation we operate on a hit-and-run basis taking money off you in haste.
We responded to your advertisement to remove mixed waste from the site.
We quoted $550 reduced to $500.
It was then asked to remove the balance of grass from the nature strip around 20m2.
We agreed to do so for $200.
Total sum: $700.
We dispatched labour, trucks and machinery to undertake the work immediately.
3-4 hours on-site.
Further, we have disposed of around 7m3 of mixed waste and paid the tipping fees.
Tipping fees are $600 for 6m3 and can be confirmed in an instant with a Google search.
Given the above, we have delivered exceptional value for the scope of work.
It's disappointing to have heard of such dissatisfaction as above and that the expectation for $700 was to remove existing refuse and then to prepare the 20m2 nature strip to a depth of 75mm for the laying of instant turf.
As much as we strive for customer satisfaction, we must draw a line under this. Consequently, we cannot accommodate your request to return to the site and wish you the best with your project.
Reasonable price, fast service very friendly.
We had to get 3 tree stumps removed. Because of limited access, machinery couldn’t be used so Zaar worked tirelessly for 4 hours digging them out by hand. He then cleaned up the remains and dumped them in my trailer at my request.
Not only a hard worker, but a very nice person to talk to and well mannered. Would definitely recommend and use these people again
