We made an appointment for Gordon (Property Services Group), to inspect and provide termite treatment to our residential property.
After the appointment was made, we immediately received an email to confirm the date and time, and on the morning of the inspection, we received a courtesy reminder. Great service !

Gordon was professional, courteous, and thorough. While Gordon was on site, he sent the inspection report via email. This gave us the opportunity to read the report, and to query with Gordon any comments made regarding the report. Gordon also advised that our air conditioning duct had come apart in the roof, and he very kindly connected the ducts. What a CHAMPION!! Thank you Gordon.
