Iconic, Beautiful, Superb!! Its an awesome experience. Bit Expensive. I travelled thru this from belgrave to Gembrook. the journey is full of dandenong ranges..small creeks..ponds or rivers.. its just so awesome.. try n visit this place when its drizzling as one can annoy the views more.

Took an international visitor here for lunch while seeing the local sites. Our guest loved all the Puffing Billy pictures. A little pricey but the serves were generous and everyone loved their milkshakes and spiders (drink, not the creepy crawlers).

Staff are lovely here at the café very friendly. The food I wasn't overly keen on and was a little pricey but the atmosphere surrounding the place made it all worth the while. Expensive to take the children if you are a large family.

Went here once on my lunch break and ordered the chicken parma. It sounded delicious on the menu. What came out was disappointing- an oversized, tasteless chicken schnitzel, with some sort of combination of sweet chilli and tomato sauce, and some stock standard chips that you can get at any cafe.
Nothign was special about the meal, and given the large number of cafes in the area, I wouldn't return.

Puffing Billy is a quaint little cafe close to the home of the Puffy Billy Railway. They serve big breakfasts of bacon, eggs and toast; lunches from burgers to something a little more fancy like their foccacias.
