A family of 6 skiing for the first time. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend this store- don't go anywhere else. Prices were the best in town and the service excellent. There is also a store at Mt Buller so that is an added bonus. Thank you to all the team at Pullins for making our family ski trip hassle free.

Why would you go anywhere else? They have the highest quality equipment for rental which will help you on the slopes.
I purchased some boots and Leroy has been a god send in ensuring that u have the absolute perfect fit so that I enjoy my time on the mountain.
The first time I went to Pullins was after renting gear in Melbourne and bringing it up. Worst mistake ever! If you have any dramas with it, you can not change it.

I went up to Mt Buller on the weekend and hired my gear through Pullins Ski Shop. We pulled into Mansfield to collect the gear expecting delays etc, but were surprised to find that the process was far too easy. We were in and out with our skis and boots within 20 minutes - service was fast, friendly and fun - fantastic! Will definitely be hiring my ski gear from here on in.

We hired snow gear from Pullins on our way to Mount Bulla and the whole process was seamless. Having never been to the snow before our group needed a mix of ski and snowboard gear. The staff were really friendly and helpful also offering advice about beginner options once we got to the mountain. Despite the store being busy we didn't feel rushed and the gear we hired, including clothes, was excellent quality. They also have a range of gear for purchase too. Getting our gear on the way up to the mountain also saved a lot of time avoiding the huge queues at the Bulla ski hire. A very pleasant experience!
