Do NOT buy at Top Furniture Australia. I purchased a bed frame on the 25/07/14 and today is the 31/07 and no signs of the bed till today. I have tried emailing them and got no response. This "company" is registered under a PO Box and dont even have a phone number to call to. I have now called my credit card company to create a dispute. When I email them this is the automatic error I get from the email server: elivery to the following recipient failed permanently: [email protected] Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain topfurniture.com by topfurniture.com. [198.171.138.212]. The error that the other server returned was: 553 5.3.0 <[email protected]>... user unknown Do not buy with them!

My query was answered promptly and I was impressed with the service. The items were dispatched and sent so fast, that impressed me as they told me it will may be 1-3 working days. You are the best! AAA+++
