Had a wax done here and the result was mediocre at best. Was offered a follow up (no charge) appointment to rectify but still left with the odd hair. No apologies for the inconvenience and was told that it was up to individual therapist whether back of knee classified as part of top leg wax??? huh?? Still left with stray hair second time around. Sixteen year old daughter went here for eyebrow wax and therapist immediately critiqued her skin with a push to using salon stocked product line. Left feeling very deflated and bad about herself - way to boost her self esteem. Not. If you want to risk bad service and being insulted, this is the place for you. Never again.

I went for a pampering over the Christmas work break - I had a pedicure and facial. It was very relaxing and the therapist was lovely but someone did mess up the nail polish colour I selected. But it didn't matter as the therapist quickly fixed it for me (I would have stopped her applying the nail polish except she did this while I had a face mask on and my eyes were closed!) I felt satisfied with my experience and feel it was money well spent.

I was given a voucher from my work when I left to have my baby to Pure Indulgence and it was pretty amazing. The staff were young and they knew what they were doing and I was really relaxed. The products they used were really great too, would I return? Well, it was lovely, but at the price they charge, it has to be a very special occasion, as it is quite expensive

Highly recommend these guys for an eyebrow wax- ask for Suzie, she's fantastic! Never had a bad eyebrow wax with her, shes friendly and listens to what you want!

Pure Indulgence at Carindale Westfield is a great experience every time. The service is exceptional and the massages and facials have been brilliant each time I have been there. The girls always provide great service and are polite, friendly and helpful. I would truly recommend.

The massage and facial was good but the room was too cold and I kept getting goose bumps, the cafe next door had the kitchen on the other side of the wall and it was pretty noisy with cutlery and plates being clanked around, at one stage all I could hear was the spin cycle of a washing machine, and at the end the girl told me I really needed to buy over $200 of product. When I asked her to write it down so I could maybe buy at a later date she said there is no point in having these treatments if I'm not going to do a proper skin regime with their products. It was very disappointing considering it was a gift from my husband. Otherwise was nice to be pampered.
