Ian thanks for the great work you did with Ben. His confidence has soared along with his fitness. For the first time in years he was excited about preseason training, and he weekly footy matches have improved immensely. looks like he will get selected for the interleague footy. I have worked with a number of trainers, and Ian is up there amongst the best. He's very focussed on technique, which is important because I have a history of back problems. His workouts are fun, varied and designed to get the most out of my abilities.

Ian is the best personal trainer I have ever had! He worked me hard, while being supportive and encouraging at all times. Each session was unique and whizzed by. Also, Ian did a remarkable job of working with me after I had surgery for breast cancer - again, he was very supportive and encouraging, but very carefully planned sessions to work within my physical limitations and challenge me at the same time. That was no easy thing! It really helped my sanity to be able to continue exercising during that period. Ian also accommodated my desire to train only outdoors (even during winter) and let me play footy from time to time. Ian is excellent. I could not be a more enthusiastic supporter - I would recommend him to anyone.

I set out to go from a ‘soft' 91kg to a ‘hard' 91kg, increase my strength and upper body power. Ian helped me achieve this with simple hard training, backed by scientific methods, good nutritional advice and easy to understand menus. I was able to put on 3kg of muscle and lose 1kg of fat in 8 weeks, add 50kgs on my squat and deadlift and increase my upper body power by 12%.

Ian took me from a shy scrawny teenager to a confident powerful athlete who achieved his goals and competed at and won State and National Powerlifting Championships. Ian showed me how to believe in myself and have the drive to achieve the goals that we set together. He not only looked after my physical well being, but helped in the motivational and psychological aspects of sport as well.
