My hot water tank burst late in the evening. When I rang Purified plumbing it was almost midnight. Ben took the call. I requested he come over first thing the next morning which he did. The replacement hot water tank was ordered and installed by mid afternoon. However, I found the cost of the whole exercise quite expensive and would have probably paid a lot less for the hot water tank if I had some time to shop around; but I also understand that as I needed it urgently replaced and given it had to be done in less than 18 hours, I paid a higher price for the convenience and luxury of an expedited service. Overall, I found the service courteous, prompt, professional and efficient. I was also happy with the workmanship.
