Yes. Shane was very professional but also very friendly when he came to measure up for the cat door. I was contacted few days later to arrange for the fitting of it and then when it was installed, it was done quickly and easily with Shane cleaning up the area as well.

Shane communicated and worked professionally and efficiently, installing our pet door into a new piece of glass for our french doors. He left us the old pane of glass, incase , it was needed , for that door, or one of theother ones , in the future.

Great service achieved with a minimum of fuss. The dog door is just what I needed for my two dogs. The final product was very neat and tidy and I wouldn't be able to tell that it hadn't come with the original glazing. I highly recommend this company.

We had a dog door put in for our jack russell. It took a couple of days but now he uses it all the time. He still occasionally opens the fly screen and lets the flies in. Thanks for a great job.

I purchased and had installed a dog door in a wooden door.

The product is great and Bruisa is very happy now that he is independent with his toileting again!

Shane came out and quoted us on a pet door for our poodle, he was very helpful in deciding where we should install the door in the first instance and then the quote was very reasonable, Kelly then rang a few days later and confirmed the installation date, Shane was there on time and very professionally removed the old door and installed the new one in no time. This is the second time that we have used Purrfect Pet Doors. Shane and Kelly are so friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help and get the job done perfectly which is why we have used them twice and will continue to use their services.

We had an existing cat door removed that the cats had broken. and a new one put in safety glass that works off micro chips in the cats.So they had to measure the glass and get it cut off site and then install it. They did a great job and explained that the previous problem with the other door was that it wasn't safety glass. So we wont have the same problem with the new one.

We have used Purrfect Pet Doors services twice now (once to install a cat door & once to fix a door that was getting hard to open & close) & both times we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work & the service provided. We would recommend this small business to everyone!

We had a couple of pet doors installed for our 3 month old puppy today and I am really impressed at the punctuality and workmanship of this job.

There were a few delays in getting the required parts from the suppliers, however I was informed every step of the way and the doors were installed as soon as the parts were available.

Would not hesitate to reccomend these guys to anyone that needs a pet door; good to see a small business doing quality work at a reasonable price.

My current dog door was too small and weak for my two huskies. After having it break for the third time we decided to finally get a new, custom made pet door. After doing some research Purrfect Pet Doors was the only company that looked to be able to prodce a door that was both large enough and strong enough for my pets. They were easy to contact, prompt and friendly service and great communication. We are extremely happy with our new pet door, and so are our dogs :). Thank you Shane and Kelly.

The nicest company I have had the pleasure to deal with in Perth. Very curtious and friendly and will go out of their way for a happy customer. I have had several tradies doing jobs for me lately and I have discovered what "Lip Service" is!! But Purrfect Pet Doors are NOT like this. I highly recommend them to anyone and all my friends and family. Good on you guys for setting the standard.
