I experienced a beautiful and relaxing facial from the warm and highly experienced Gina last year. I only use natural products on my skin and have gradually been purchasing the full complement of skin care. The staff are knowledgeable and generous with their times, the products are lovely and the customer service at QED is second to none.

Great salon who make their own products. The lady who owns the store is very knowledgeable and very friendly and approachable - makes you feel special and always float out of there feeling lovely and pampered. Their products are absolutely beautiful and they design them according to your sense of smell and what you like in aromatherapy - have to try it for yourself.

Had a divine facial and super relaxing massage today at QED - my first visit. I must say the service was top notch and very personalised. The massage had me drifting off and I floated out of there feeling super relaxed and spacey! The products are personalised to your tastes and are all natural - the kind of stuff I love. The pharmacist designs the scents for each client - never seen this before but loved it! Definitely recommend this salon.

I've spent countless hours and trying countless salons with no one being able to actually do a fabulous job on my eyebrows ..
I found via vogue and truly local recommendations to check out QED so i went online and after seeing other local reviews i decided to give your store a try .

Julianne has now done my eyebrows twice and i love my eyebrows..she has a good eye and knows how to clean and shape eyebrows to suit your face and what you want..
After my first eyebrow visit i went home and the first thing my husband said was " who ever did your eyebrows did a really good job ..your eyebrows looks really good ..who every your going to keep going to them " ..I can't remember the last time my husband noticed how good my eyebrows looked ..

Julianne was also wonderful in recommending your best selling "everywhere Balm " for me and my husband due to my combination skin and his love of body butters and my need of a quick working product ..It feels so nice on and definitely gives the skin a refreshed look !
I love the fact that its all natural ..as i'm getting older and wiser too i don't won't so many chemicals in my body .
